Apply for this role →Supporting the successful implementation of Ignite Reading's program, the full-time remote Literacy Success Partner will manage a portfolio of partner districts and schools, focusing on onboarding, renewals, and in-year expansions while ensuring high-quality experiences for students and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead district and school onboarding, ensuring smooth project transitions and adherence to KPIs
Serve as the primary point of contact for school and district partners, providing responsive support and leading impact meetings
Own the renewal process and identify in-year expansion opportunities to maximize student impact and partner engagement
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in literacy instruction, coaching, or school-based support roles
Familiarity with foundational literacy skills and instructional best practices
Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoom
Experience in account management, renewals, or growing existing customer relationships preferred
Experience using a CRM (e.g., Hub Spot) is a plus
