Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing advanced evaluation techniques to determine individual needs. Design and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific condition and recovery goals. Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, ensuring every patient receives high-quality hands-on care. Maintain clear, open communication with patients and families about progress, potential challenges, and home exercise programs that extend treatment benefits into daily life. Utilize tools and technologies relevant to physical therapy assessment and treatment, and keep accurate documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations. Mentor and guide junior staff or physical therapy students when necessary, sharing expertise to enhance team capabilities and patient outcomes. Patient Population / Client FocusOur diverse patient population consists of individuals requiring rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, and other physical impairments. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; a Master's degree in Physical Therapy is preferred. A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida is mandatory. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of physical therapy is essential, with a depth of knowledge in outpatient settings. Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care; demonstrated success in achieving patient satisfaction and therapy outcomes.

Preferred Experience: Experience with a wide range of physical therapy techniques and modalities. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and documentation systems specific to physical therapy practices. Background in mentoring or teaching physical therapy students or interns.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
