This is a salaried role — not a per-diem or shift-rate arrangement — offering predictable annual income, a fixed number of scheduled OR days, and six weeks off built into the calendar. Scheduled OR days are approximately 9 hours. No call, weekends or holidays. SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATIONCandidates select the schedule that fits them. Annual salary is based on 9-hour OR days across 46 worked weeks per year, with 6 weeks off: Schedule - OR Days / Year - Annual Salary 3 days per week - 138 - $229,7704 days per week - 184 - $306,3605 days per week - 230 - $382,950 Salary is paid on a standard payroll cycle regardless of case volume in any given week. Figures above are exclusive of the signing bonus and benefits described below.$10,000 signing bonus.
