We're hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism and help them build skills they'll use every day. Never worked in ABA before? That's okay! We provide paid training, hands-on support, and coaching to help you learn and grow. What You'll Do: As a Behavior Technician, you'll be part teacher, coach, cheerleader, play partner, and skill-builder. Working one-on-one with children and under the guidance of a BCBA, you'll:
  • Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy
  • Help children develop communication and social skills
  • Build independence with everyday routines and activities
  • Use play and activities to work toward individualized goals
  • Track progress using electronic data systems
  • Work closely with BCBAs and your Autism 360 team
  • Celebrate the small wins that lead to BIG milestones

What You'll Need: A high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation are required. Candidates must also be able to complete required background and employment screenings. Because this is an active role working directly with children, you'll need to be comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, walking, running when needed, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
