Director of Major Gifts — Lead Child Advocacy Fundraising

Childhelp® is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to lead major gift fundraising for the Southwest region. You will manage a 125–150 donor portfolio ($5,000+), guide moves management, and collaborate with Arizona Chapter committees to drive fundraising strategies and events. This high-visibility role emphasizes donor stewardship, regional partnerships, and data integrity to advance Childhelp’s mission of protecting children.
