Litigation Management: Handle cases from inception through to resolution, be it through settlement or trial. Legal Strategy: Develop, manage, and execute litigation strategies in coordination with internal teams and the client. Trial Preparation and Representation: Prepare and manage all facets of litigation and trial processes, advocating zealously on behalf of the client. Communication: Ensure all stakeholders, including clients and internal team members, are kept abreast of case developments. Good Standing with the Florida Bar. No Defense Attorneys: This position is strictly for those with experience representing plaintiffs.
