Corporate Paralegal: Governance, M&A & Securities

Sun Communities, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its growing legal team in governance, securities compliance, and transactional matters for a publicly-traded REIT. The role requires strong organizational skills and experience in corporate law, with collaboration across Finance, M&A, Investor Relations, and leadership. The ideal candidate will draft agreements, maintain corporate records, support mergers and acquisitions, and help manage outside counsel and regulatory filings.
