LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Cardiology NP in Lawrence Township, New Jersey, 08648!An established and growing cardiovascular practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in cardiology to join its cardiovascular care team. The ideal candidate will have experience independently evaluating & managing cardiac patients in a hospital setting, with strong EKG interpretation skills and prior critical care experience. Independently evaluate, diagnose & manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions Provide comprehensive inpatient cardiology care for approximately 10 to 15 patients per day Perform detailed physical examinations & develop evidence based treatment plans Interpret EKGs with a high level of proficiency Prescribe medications & coordinate ongoing cardiac management Perform & interpret cardiac stress testing, with training available if needed Collaborate closely with cardiologists & multidisciplinary healthcare teams Facilitate referrals & coordinate continuity of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation & meet regulatory requirements Participate in hospital credentialing & insurance enrollment processes
