Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Shipping Representative We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Representative to join our distribution team. This position is responsible for ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, package, and label products.
Use RF Scanner technology to track and process inventory.
Perform order picking activities accurately.
Prepare, package, and verify orders for shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Ensure products are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow established safety and quality procedures.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience is required.
Experience using RF Scanners, Order Picking, and Packaging processes.
Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
Comfortable using digital tools and inventory systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs throughout the shift.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
