Apply for this role →Our client is looking for an experienced Net Suite consultant to help improve how their Finance team budgets, forecasts, and reports. You'll work directly with Finance and Accounting leadership to understand what they need, then build it in Net Suite. Some of that will be new implementation work, and some will be cleaning up and improving what's already in place. This role is a mix of hands-on system work and advising.
What You'll Do:
Lead Net Suite implementation and improvement projects, mainly around budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Review the current Net Suite setup, including workflows, reports, and processes, and recommend improvements Meet with Finance and Accounting leaders to gather requirements and turn them into working solutions in Net Suite Build and refine financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and budgeting tools Support the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process Act as the go-between for the Finance team and technical resources Recommend best practices and find ways to automate manual work Help with integrations, data flows, workflows, and saved searches as needed Troubleshoot system and reporting issues Work with external auditors on system, reporting, and process questions Document processes, configurations, controls, and reporting methods Look for ways to tighten internal controls and improve data accuracy
What We're Looking For:
Significant hands-on Net Suite experience, including implementation or optimization work Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Solid understanding of the GL, month-end close, and financial controls Comfortable working on both the accounting side and the technical side of Net Suite Experience advising Finance and Accounting leadership Experience supporting external audits Able to take complex finance requirements and turn them into practical system solutions Strong communicator who can work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a client-facing role
