Duration: 12 monthsPR: $23.00/hr on W2 Description:2nd Shift ($2.00/hr Shift Differential)3:30PM - 2:00AMMonday - Friday (Weekends May be Required)Operates and maintains equipment used to apply Monel protective coatings to equipment, ensuring high-quality corrosion-resistant finishes. Responsibilities include surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborates with production teams to meet specifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient workflow in a manufacturing environment* Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.* Comply with client and respective division TLM standards.* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
