Apply for this role →Part-Time Host The Galt House Hotel is currently hiring for a Part-Time Host to greet patrons at several of our multiple restaurants - Swizzle.
The primary role of the Host is to ensure the guest has a memorable experience by providing excellent customer service through solid organizational skills and exceptional people skills from the moment the guest arrives through the time of their departure.
Responsibilities:
Assigning and escorting guests to their table.
Providing menus.
Making reservations.
Arranging parties.
May at times act as the cashier.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1 years of previous experience as a host or concierge.
Guest service and excellent communication skills required.
Basic computer skills required.
Must have a friendly and engaging personality, with a positive attitude and professional and well-groomed appearance.
