HVAC Service Technician – Deliver Expert Heating & Cooling Solutions for Redline Heating and Cooling You will serve as a trusted diagnostic expert delivering top-tier residential and light commercial HVAC solutions across our local community. This role gives you the independence to run service calls and planned maintenance while enjoying the support of a family-owned team where you are known by name. As our service division expands, you will have a direct pathway to advance into lead technician and service management positions. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units. Diagnose the root cause of mechanical and electrical failures accurately to ensure lasting, first-time-fix resolutions. Present diagnostic findings and transparent repair or replacement options to property owners using clear, professional communication. Log all diagnostic details, equipment parameters, labor, and materials accurately within Service Titan on your provided mobile device. Maintain an organized, fully stocked company vehicle to maximize daily field efficiency and service readiness. Strengthen long-term customer relationships during maintenance visits to help expand our active maintenance agreement customer base. Participate in a balanced on-call service rotation to support our customers with emergency heating and cooling demands. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential or light commercial HVAC service. Valid EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred). Valid driver's license with a driving record that qualifies for company commercial vehicle insurance coverage. Demonstrated technical expertise troubleshooting electrical components, refrigerant circuits, and mechanical heating systems. Ability to explain complex technical HVAC issues to customers in clear, everyday terms. Flexibility and willingness to participate in a scheduled on-call rotation. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $34.00 to $45.00 per hour, paid on a weekly pay cycle. Annual bonus and employee referral bonus program.
