The Role:
- Carry out power flow, contingency (N-1), and system planning studies on major transmission projects
- Support interconnection studies and influence technical decision-making
- Work on long-term planning strategies and future grid scenarios
- Collaborate with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and senior stakeholders
- Clear progression into senior/lead positions as the team grows
- The Candidate
- Experience in transmission planning, interconnection, or power systems analysis
- Familiar with tools such as PSS®E, PSLF, PowerWorld, or similar
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
