Production Supervisor The Production Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Production Supervisors are:

Responsibilities:
What you'll do...
Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership
Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams
Qualifications You'll Have... High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
Required Behaviors Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
Highly committed to continuous improvement, while applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset
Create a culture of safety and apply and implement workplace policies
Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others
Even Better, You May Have... Bachelor's Degree
Safety and quality experience
Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
Knowledge of constraint management principles
Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
