Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and develop target verticals within commercial markets
- Manage multiple accounts and support account growth
- Develop channel strategies across dealer/distribution networks, manufacturers’ representatives, direct sales, and e-commerce
- Manage projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Support marketing, digital marketing, and promotional initiatives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or another technical field
- 3+ years of technical sales experience
- Experience in packaging, cases, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred
- Proven multi-account management and business development experience
- Experience with dealer/distributor networks, manufacturers’ representatives, direct sales, or e-commerce
- Mechanical aptitude and basic blueprint-reading skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- CRM/ERP experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Strong decision-making and project management abilities
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%, primarily domestically
