Labor & Employment Legal Specialist - Hybrid

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Legal Specialist, Labor and Employment to support in-house counsel with day-to-day employment legal matters, including litigation support, agency charges, discovery, and records requests. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a degree (associate/bachelor) with a paralegal certificate preferred, and familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday.
