Paralegal - Corporate Transaction & Business Litigation

Overview: The Akron, OH office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking a Paralegal to join our team. This position will support all litigation attorneys handling complex corporate transactions and business litigation and perform a broad range of case related duties under the supervision of an attorney. Tasks include managing large volumes of records, documents, evidence and exhibits with accuracy and organization; preparing third-party discovery subpoenas and trial subpoenas; supporting deposition, hearing and trial preparation, maintain litigation calendars and deadlines; preparing, maintaining and monitoring closing checklists for major transactions. This position requires involvement in the transaction and knowledge of the various closing documents.
