Key responsibilities:
Oversee the creative direction of video packaging, including titles and thumbnails, in collaboration with the editing and design teams
Manage the complete upload process, ensuring compliance with editorial and technical standards
Analyze performance data to inform content decisions and optimize the back catalogue for improved viewer engagement and business outcomes
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing or optimizing a high-volume You Tube channel
Deep understanding of You Tube's packaging ecosystem and performance metrics
Proven experience with A/B testing for You Tube content
Familiarity with AI tools for analytics and workflow automation
Experience in financial, retirement, or educational media is preferred
