As a Clinical Team Manager with VNS Health Hospice Care, you’ll lead and support an interdisciplinary team in delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice care. You’ll combine your clinical expertise with people leadership, coaching, quality improvement, and operational decision-making while continuing to grow your leadership capabilities.

What You Will Do:
Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive hospice care to patients and families. Coach, develop and support team members while fostering engagement, collaboration, and professional growth. Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including caseload management, productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance. Partner across Hospice Care to advance quality improvement, education, and operational initiatives. Qualifications:
- What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health or Human Services, or equivalent work experience
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license and registration
- Minimum of three years of clinical hospice experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pay Range
- USD $114,500.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
