Title Coordinator

About the Role: Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Title Specialist (Temporary) to support used vehicle sales operations. This role focuses on reviewing and updating title inventory, validating documentation, and assisting with the movement and organization of physical and electronic titles. The position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: -Review and update title inventory records in internal systems.-Validate incoming titles for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state requirements.-Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital title documents.-Pull requested titles from inventory for processing, scanning, or shipment.-Support scanning, copying, and preparation of title documents.-Prepare, package, and track outgoing titles to field locations, customers, and internal departments.-Assist with resolving title discrepancies, missing titles, and state-specific title issues.-Cross-reference title data with system information to ensure accuracy and completeness.-Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Compensation: $20/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. xhqgsiq Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
