About the Role: The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for IT Strategic Operations and Administration to play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of the Information Technology division. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to the Vice President for Information Technology, overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, and governance functions. This includes establishing and managing systems that ensure strategic execution, organizational effectiveness, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement. The AVP will lead in areas such as strategic planning, governance operations, portfolio oversight, budget administration, and vendor management, and will be responsible for aligning technology investments with the company's mission and strategic goals. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 7 years of leadership experience in strategic operations, administration, or related disciplines. The role requires a strong background in financial management, budget administration, and experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting executive leaders and driving organizational transformation.
