General Liability Defense Associate Attorney

Responsibilities: Help run and assist with managinga caseload of general liability defense matters Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents Conduct and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Analyze claims, develop case strategies, and provide thoughtful recommendations to clients Negotiate settlements and assist with cases through all stages of litigation Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members 2+ years of litigation experienceGeneral liability and/or insurance defense experience preferred Licensed member of theFlorida Bar and in good standingStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a desire for long-term professional growth The KD Difference: We offer competitive pay, top-tier medical insurance, 401(k) with matching, and much more.
