Part-Time Temporary Culinary Instructor

Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in the food service industry, excellent knife skills, effective communication skills, and an excellent knowledge of the culinary arts, required. Teaching experience with lesson plan writing, instructional menu development, and familiarity with budget creation and purchasing, preferred. Prior experience supervising restaurant operations or chef experience, preferred. Supplemental Information: Official transcripts, including other documentation verifying all reported educational qualifications, are required. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for application purposes. The successful candidate must provide official transcripts at his or her expense within thirty (30) days of being notified of selection.
