We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a RN or LPN! Full-Time Opportunity Monday - Friday Rotating Weekends and Holidays As an RN or LPN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Assisted Living Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: Possess a current RN or LPN licensePossess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid CertificationHave a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environmentEnjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each residentHelp oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisionsPossess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentialityWillingness to support the care team on the floorsBe able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitorsHave a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers Benefits: Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
