Role Description:
Range Construction is seeking a Secure Space Self-Perform (SSSP) Project Manager to join our DC-Maryland-Virginia team. This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Secure Space Self-Perform projects across the United States. The Project Manager will work closely with our in-house craftsmen, superintendents, executive leadership, and Federal clients to deliver complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating self-perform field operations and specialty subcontractors, overseeing procurement and logistics, maintaining quality control, supporting field execution, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Qualifications:
Experience managing commercial or Federal construction projects Experience leading self-perform construction operations Strong scheduling, procurement, and logistics management skills Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across the United States Experience with quality control, inspections, and project documentation Federal construction experience preferred Experience supporting secure or classified construction environments preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Active U.S. security clearance is a plusOSHA 30, EM 385-1-1, or CQM-C certifications are a plus
