Reservoir Engineer for Carbon Storage & Permitting

Charm Industrial is seeking a Reservoir Engineer to own the injection strategy and permitting narratives. You will build reservoir models, forecast injection performance, and translate engineering insights into permit-ready documents for EPA and state programs, coordinating with subsurface and regulatory teams. The role requires deep reservoir knowledge, experience with regulatory permitting, and strong writing and cross-functional collaboration.
