Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities: Manage high-volume incoming customer calls, oversee the main branch phone line, and handle internal/external communications. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer service appointments, ensuring unserviced accounts are rescheduled within 24 hours. Navigate web-based software to track routes, dispatch service professionals, and minimize drive times. Log sales data, conduct outgoing payment calls, and maintain accurate customer database records and call dispositions. Provide comprehensive administrative support for 30 branch team members across operations, management, sales, and field service. Uphold quality assurance standards while safeguarding customer privacy and proprietary information.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Operations Support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and web-based software applications. Strong interpersonal, active listening, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical duties, including lifting/moving up to 25 pounds.

Preferred: Experience with routing, dispatching, or working within a field service organization. Details 100% On-site in San Diego, CA.4-month contract; Monday–Friday, 7:30/8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST with flexible lunch options.
