Litigation Associate

Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client, an elite international firm with a new search for a Litigation Associate to join it's D.C. or New York office. The firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of relevant soft IP litigation experience. The associate will be taking on substantive work on high-stakes, innovative cases for household-name tech and media companies. This soft IP group (trademark, copyright, trade secrets, unfair competition) does not require prior IP experience. The team is specifically looking for strong litigators first who want to build a practice in the space. You will be working alongside some of the nation’s most experienced and respected litigators and trial advocates. Compensation is extremely competitive.
