Interact with all Pecora employees in person in Harleysville and Hatfield, virtually only when necessary, and by email as follow-up and documentation. Mentor to all first line supervisors as related to all EHS issues and responsibilities. Develop formal training for large groups and small departments and write new policies and procedures. Follow up with one-on-one training and reinforcement. Develop or obtain a Learning Management System (LMS) to document all training, including one-on-one, small group, annual refresher, and corrective action training. Work with supervisors and managers to complete corrective actions recommended by safety audits and incident investigations. Develop and maintain a modern (electronic, software, computer-based) inspection system for documenting all inspections. Evaluate a Behavior Based Safety System. Continually lead improvement efforts to ensure that Safety is a priority. Other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
