Provide comprehensive primary care services including physical exams, preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education Assess, diagnose, treat, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on disease prevention, nutrition, wellness, and available community resources Practice across clinic locations in Attleboro, Hull, Quincy, and/or Taunton, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday coverage as needed Background Profile: Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)Master's degree and active Massachusetts licensure required Ability to manage diverse patient populations across the lifespan Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Community: Practice in the Greater Boston region with access to vibrant coastal and suburban communities Enjoy excellent schools, cultural attractions, dining, and recreational opportunities Convenient access to Boston while benefiting from a variety of community-centered neighborhoods Rich history, beautiful coastline, and strong healthcare and professional networks throughout the regionFOR MORE INFORMATION:KATIE PATTERSON843.574.8234katie@nowhealthcare.org
