Member Lending Consultant

Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Member Consultant to assist members through face-to-face, drive-thru, phone, mobile apps, chat, text, SMS, and video channels. You will recommend consumer lending and account products while guiding self-serve education and transactions. You will open accounts, answer questions, and help members with loans, budgets, and daily banking needs, ensuring accuracy and compliance across systems.
