Production Helper

Job Opportunity in Cincinnati, OHThis position offers a 6-month duration with the possibility for conversion to full-time. You will be required to work either the 2nd shift from 2:45p to 10:45p or the 3rd shift from 10:45p to 6:45a. Responsibilities include safely performing a wide range of tasks such as stacking corrugated products, conducting quality checks, and setting up materials. You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, operate various manufacturing equipment and power hand tools, and follow specific directions. You must comply with all safety regulations, lift, push, or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift. Daily overtime and weekends as required are part of the job. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, the ability to read a tape measure, and a strong commitment to working safely. Preferred skills include a minimum of 2 years of production/manufacturing experience, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery.
