Radiologic Technologist

Medical City Dallas Hospital, a premier full-service healthcare facility renowned for its superior medical care and state-of-the-art technologies, seeks an experienced Radiology Tech to join our dedicated imaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images that aid in the medical diagnosis and treatment of our patients. This position requires a highly meticulous and patient-focused professional capable of managing detailed imaging procedures and adhering to strict safety protocols. Operate radiographic imaging equipment to perform diagnostic exams following physician orders. Ensure the safety of patients during all imaging procedures. Adjust imaging equipment and shield patients appropriately to adhere to radiation safety protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and radiographic logs. Collaborate with radiologists to determine proper examination techniques and optimize diagnostic quality. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on radiographic equipment. Provide guidance and support to junior radiology staff and radiology students. Proficiency in using various radiographic imaging equipment like X-ray, MRI, and CT scanners. Strong understanding of radiographic positioning and radiology safety. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment. Detail-oriented and patient-centric approach.
