Supply Chain Manager

Role Description: The Supply Chain Manager at Let Loose is a full-time, remote role. This person will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, inventory management, suppliers, logistics and retail distribution. They will collaborate across finance, marketing and retail to align supply plans with forecasts, product launches and company growth while improving costs, lead times and overall processes. Because Let Loose is a small, collaborative team, this person will also support broader internal operations and cross-functional projects as needed, while remaining primarily focused on supply chain.

Qualifications: Strong demand-planning and analytical skills, with the ability to forecast needs, interpret data and support informed decision-making. Experience in procurement and supply management, including sourcing materials, managing vendors and negotiating favorable terms. Strong inventory-management skills to maintain appropriate stock levels, reduce waste and ensure product availability. Experience managing supply-chain operations across both China and the United States, including international freight and logistics. Experience supporting retail distribution, along with DTC and/or Amazon channels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, manufacturers, 3PLs and external partners. Proficiency with supply-chain, ERP or inventory-management systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience within CPG is required; experience in supplements, consumer health, wellness or another regulated category is preferred. Ability to build foundational operational processes, SOPs, systems and documentation that support the company as a whole. Willingness to support broader internal operations and cross-functional projects outside the traditional supply-chain function when needed. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs, solve problems and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, lean-team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or a related field preferred; relevant certifications such as APICS or CPSM are a plus.
