What You'll Be Doing:
- Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
- Preparing units between residents (make-readies)
- Painting, staining, and light carpentry
- Preventative maintenance and exterior repairs
- Occasional on-call coverage (just one property!)Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols
- Skills We're Looking For 2+ years of general maintenance experience 6+ months apartment maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skillsHVAC repair experience and EPA certification required
- Pool experience and CPO certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days
- A hands-on skills demo will be part of the interview process.
