Apply for this role →ATSC Field Service Representative (FSR) Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) systems that can support ATSC programs in El Paso TX region. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Help develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals and receive training as a field service representative
- Receive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics, etc
- Work directly with Production TeamWork directly with program management helping where needed
- Resolve service issues by determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting corrective actions
Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Attend regular status meetings as directed to effectively communicate relevant project information
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in an applicable field of study 2 yrs Military experience with an ISR program as either an Operator, FSR, or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred) may be used in lieu of degree
- Experience within a DOW program
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and WordSelf-motivated individual who can work independently or as a team
- Confidentiality and safeguarding company Intellectual Property (IP) are a must
- Able to interface with VIP's, personnel, international executives, and others
- Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills
- Good writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance, Secret Clearance preferred
- Valid U.S. Passport
- Must be willing to travel to work sites in the field
- Work is typically performed in an outdoor setting
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see
- Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
