The Role: Carry out power flow, contingency (N-1), and system planning studies on major transmission projects Support interconnection studies and influence technical decision-making Work on long-term planning strategies and future grid scenarios Collaborate with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and senior stakeholders Clear progression into senior/lead positions as the team grows The Candidate Experience in transmission planning, interconnection, or power systems analysis Familiar with tools such as PSS®E, PSLF, Power World, or similar Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
