What You'll Do as a 4R Smoker: As our smoker, you're the soul of our smokehouse. You'll prepare and smoke our signature meats, ensuring every bite lives up to the 4 Rivers name. You'll be responsible for: Mastering the use of our smoker and cooking meats to perfection Following recipes and prep lists with accuracy and speed Labeling, rotating, and storing ingredients properly Managing temperature and timing for each product Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation Using knives and kitchen tools safely and efficiently
