Regional Nursing Director: Multi-Site Clinical Leader (CT)

Htprof is seeking an RN Regional Clinical Director to oversee multiple skilled nursing centers in Connecticut. You will drive standardization of clinical systems, ensure CMS Five-Star outcomes, and lead regulatory readiness across the region. The role requires 5+ years of nursing leadership in SNF, with at least 3 years as a DNS, plus CT RN licensure and BSN preferred. Expect regional travel, 24/7 on-call coverage, and executive collaboration with the VP of Clinical Operations.
