Job Title: Material Prepper

Shift: Day- 8am-5pm Mon-Friday
Job Summary:
Stroud Supply is currently seeking a dependable and skilled Material Prepper to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for cutting/assembling doors and door components to keep our builders stocked. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and modify door components per order requirements
- Operate hand tools, saws, drills, and other door shop machinery
- Accurately measure, cut, and prep door components
- Inspect products for defects or quality issues before shipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with general warehouse or shop duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in carpentry, construction, or woodworking preferred
- Ability to read work orders, use measuring tools, and follow instructions
- Comfortable using power tools and operating shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Warehouse Experience
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Experience on a New Magnum Norfield E-Series door machine is a plus.
- Reliable transportation
- Forklift experience
