Customer Service Counter Associate

Provide customer support at a retail service counter by answering calls, assisting with charge accounts and payments, preparing purchases and online orders for shipment, handling cash and deposits, and maintaining an organized department. The role requires on-site availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Greet customers and provide courteous service. Answer multi-line telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate area. Open customer charge accounts, accept payments, and answer account questions. Prepare, box, and wrap customer purchases and online orders for shipment. Calculate service counter and store cash and prepare bank deposits. Maintain a clean and organized department.
