Job Description:
• Drive Sales Plan: Client growth strategy aligned with organizational direction• Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure• Proactive deal generation and large deal management• P&L management of the account• CXO-level engagement and relationship management; business stakeholder engagement• Partnership with alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation• Drive client’s internal governance, compliance, and reporting• Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement• Prepare, plan, and execute sales & marketing plans for the account• Team management and talent development• Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects, and joint revenue growth• Collaborate with other accounts in the unit for idea sharing, reference creation, and asset development for CPG ISU
