Reinsurance Placement Consultant

Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of complex ceded reinsurance placements, including treaty and facultative placements Collect, validate, and analyze underwriting submission data to support reinsurance purchasing decisions Serve as a primary point of contact with reinsurance brokers and reinsurers, providing recommendations on placement strategy and structureRequired qualificationsExtensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance and ceded reinsurance, including treaty and facultative structures Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects related to reinsurance placements Strong understanding of reinsurance placement processes and contract structures Advanced analytical capabilities, including experience with exposure data and catastrophe model output Ability to communicate complex reinsurance information effectively to technical and executive audiences
