Clinical Medical Director – Physician

Key Responsibilities: Provide 100% center-based direct patient care. Serve as the Clinical Medical Directorfor the assigned center. Lead by example and promote clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience. Mentor and develop clinicians and future clinical leaders. Partner with medical and operational leadership to improve quality, safety, workflows, patient satisfaction, and center performance. Support staffing, clinician meetings, and operational initiatives. Develop relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and community partners to support market growth. Understand and contribute to center financial and strategic goals.

Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Current, unrestricted California medical license. Board certified or board eligible in an appropriate specialty. Clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills. Commitment to quality patient care, safety, and continuous improvement.
