A multidisciplinary neuroscience program in southeast Alabama near the Florida and Georgia borders is seeking a BC/BE Neuro Endovascular Surgeon to provide specialized clinical care while serving in a physician leadership role for the clinic. Practice Highlights: Full-time Neuro Endovascular Surgeryposition Physician leadership for multidisciplinary clinic services Provide clinical direction in collaboration with the Clinic Administrator Help establish and maintain patient care standards and protocols Lead continuous quality improvement and quality management initiatives Collaborate with medical staff to establish and monitorquality and outcome indicators Help address clinical issues affecting medical staff and departmental services Support planning for clinic services, equipment, space and patient-care processes Build strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare partners Participate in development and implementation ofshort- and long-term business plans Contribute to departmental policies, procedures and strategic initiatives Support financial planning, reporting and operational controls Participate in quality assurance activities and hospital committees Maintain effective communication with medical staff, hospital departments and administrative leadership Compensation/
