Role Description: This full-time remote Dev Ops Engineer role is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that power Accurate Lab Audits’ platforms. The Dev Ops Engineer will design and implement infrastructure as code, manage cloud resources, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable environments. Day-to-day tasks include configuring CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with software engineers to streamline releases. The role also involves optimizing automation, enhancing observability, and contributing to best practices for system reliability, security, and incident response.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, including experience with tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar. Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash) for automation and tooling. Candidates should possess Continuous Integration skills, including designing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Jenkins. Candidates should possess System Administration skills, including managing servers, networks, security configurations, and performance tuning. Candidates should possess Linux skills, with hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Linux-based production environments. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively in a remote team, and follow Dev Ops and security best practices.
