Industry: Civil Engineering / Land Surveying

Licensure Required: RLS or PLS (Arizona) We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Director of Surveywith strong leadership capabilities and a client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be energetic, collaborative, and driven to lead a growing team of professionals in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts and foster client relationships Ensure client satisfaction and manage P&L for the Survey division Act as a seller-doer: pursuing projects and overseeing their successful delivery Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth and performance Provide technical leadership and project oversight Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation

Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experiencein land surveying, preferably within Arizona Registered/Professional Land Surveyor (RLS or PLS)in the State of Arizona Strong reputation and familiarity with the civil engineering industry Proven track record in business development and contract negotiation Demonstrated ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate technical work Excellent communication and leadership skills
