What You’ll Do Find and evaluate distressed residential properties Build relationships with buyers and develop new business Present properties and negotiate transactions Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with buyers Work with real estate agents, title companies, and other industry professionals Build repeat business and long-term relationships Our agents do not rehab properties themselves, but they remain involved throughout the process, providing buyers with guidance and support to help them succeed.
