Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate - New York

Key Responsibilities: Represent debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Handle Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A transactions, and creditor negotiations. Advise clients on distressed investing, private credit, and capital solutions. Participate in distressed asset sales and acquisitions. Qualifications3–5 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience at a law firm or similar environment. Strong academic credentials. Excellent writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment. JD from an accredited law school. Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.
